Cancellation policy

Subscriptions may be skipped or cancelled at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting us at hello@sweethavenbooksandbrews.com. To avoid being charged for the following month, cancellations must be received before the 22nd of the current month. Cancellations received after the 22nd will take effect the following billing cycle and your final box will ship as scheduled. All shipped orders are final and non-refundable. Sweet Haven Foods LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify subscriptions in the event of pricing errors, fraud, or product unavailability.
