Refund policy

We want you to love your Sweet Haven Books & Brews box. Please review our policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

What can be returned Due to the nature of our subscription boxes, we are unable to accept returns on books, coffee, or tea items. All sales are final on consumable and media items.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your box arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Duplicate books We work hard to curate books you haven't read, but if you already own the book in your box, contact us at hello@sweethavenbooksandbrews.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a store credit solution.

How to contact us For any issues with your order please contact us at hello@sweethavenbooksandbrews.com within 7 days of receiving your box. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds Approved refunds or store credits will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Subscriptions Subscriptions can be skipped or cancelled at any time through your customer account portal before your next billing date.
