Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:

  • Subscription Boxes - Assembled and shipped once per month during the first two weeks of each month.  Orders received before the 22nd of the month will receive the current month's box.  Orders received after the 22nd will begin with the following month's box.  Add-ons will be placed in the next shipped box. 
  • Sweet Haven Coffee - Orders are processed and shipped within 2 - 3 business days of purchase via our roasting partner. 
  • One-Time Purchases (individual books and accessories): Orders are processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days.  

Shipping Rates: Our subscription boxes and one-time purchases ship with free shipping.  Our Sweet Haven Coffee ships at $5.00 for the first pound and $1.25 for each additional pound. We ship to all 50 US states.

Delivery Times: Once shipped, estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sweet Haven Books & Brews is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Tracking Your Order: Once your box ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 

Address Changes: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. For subscription customers, address changes must be made in your customer account portal before your monthly billing date to take effect for that month's box. We are unable to redirect packages already in transit.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Sweet Haven Books & Brews is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your box, please contact us at hello@sweethavenbooksandbrews.com within 7 days, and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Packages: If your box arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us at hello@sweethavenbooksandbrews.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you on a replacement or store credit.

International Shipping: At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.
